Band Open House, Wall Dedication FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - The Razorback Marching Band and the J. William Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences will host an open house, wall of honor dedication and reception on Saturday. The expansion of the Lewis E. Epley Jr. Band Building was part of the unprecedented success of the Campaign for the Twenty-First Century. More than $5 million was raised to support the Razorback Marching Band. The T.O. and Martha Spicer Wall of Honor recognizes the achievements of the members of the band campaign committee, honors campaign benefactors and provides a place where donors can honor contributions of band alumni and friends.
