UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS LAW SCHOOL WINS CLIENT COUNSELING REGIONALS FOR SECOND YEAR IN A ROW

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - The University of Arkansas School of Law recently hosted the American Bar Association Regional Client Counseling Competition, and for the second year in a row, the UA School of Law walked away the victor.

Aaron Jennen and Sarah Waddoups, both first-year law students, put on a winning performance, competing against 10 teams from Southern law schools, including Baylor University, Loyola and Oklahoma University. They will now be competing in the nationals, Saturday, March 16, at Baylor University, along with their faculty coach professor Nancy Hamm.

The UA team is one of twelve chosen from 106 teams nationwide to compete in the nationals.

Dean Robert Moberly said, "The law school is proud of these first-year students and their faculty coach professor Hamm for their outstanding representation of the University of Arkansas School of Law. We wish them the best of luck in the finals."
