New University Brochure Now Available

The new version of the University's interpretive brochure, University of Arkansas: Profile 2003, is now available free of charge to members of the University community.

Produced by the Office of University Relations, the 4"x9," 36-page brochure describes the University in terms of its vision and goals, accomplishments, facts and figures, attributes and features. This is the fourth year for the publication.

"Profile 2003 is conceived as a positioning and informational piece that will be useful for a variety of purposes - faculty and staff recruitment, graduate student recruitment, fund raising and grant writing projects, and so forth," said Roger Williams, associate vice chancellor for University Relations. "The brochure will work nicely for any person or group needing a thumbnail sketch of the University.

"Basically, it is designed to interpret the University in accordance with its vision as a nationally competitive, student-centered research university serving Arkansas and the world," he added.

Quantities of the brochure are being sent to deans, academic department heads and administrators across campus. Those who want small quantities will get them free of charge. For quantities above 100, there will be a small charge in order to recoup printing costs.
