ID CARDS ARE CHANGING; FACULTY, STAFF AND STUDENTS MUST HAVE PICTURES TAKEN

The ID card changes will take effect in a two-part process.

First, pictures MUST be taken and information gathered on the following dates:

Mon - Tue April 9-10 A - C

Wed - Thurs April 11-12 D - G

Mon - Tue April 16-17 H - L

Wed - Thurs April 18-19 M - R

Mon - Tues April 23-24 S - T

Wed - Thurs April 25-26 U - Z

Pictures will be taken in the Connections Lounge in the Arkansas Union from 8 AM to 5 PM.

If you come during April 9 - May 25, the $10 lost card fee will be waived if you lost your card. We are trying to get all returning students to come in and get their picture taken during this time so as to avoid the lines that may occur in the fall.

Secondly, card distribution will begin August 13. Cards will be available to pick up in front of the Information Desk on the fourth floor of the Arkansas Union. THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL.

All current ID cards will become invalid as of August 18 and will no longer function on the campus systems.

All faculty, staff and students must have the updated version of the ID cards in order to gain access to buildings, for Razorbuck$ purchases, for HPER access and all other services in which ID cards are utilized.
