ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY TO HONOR UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS DURING AFTERNOON CEREMONY

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - This afternoon at 2:00 p. m., the University of Arkansas will receive an award for its part in the clean-up efforts conducted at the Clear Creek Development Site. The ceremony is in conjunction with the "Ready for Reuse" Program, sponsored by Region 6 of the Environmental Protection Agency.

Representatives from the EPA, along with state and local officials, will be in attendance for an afternoon ceremony and reception. The event will take place in the UA Union Ballroom, and all members of the media are encouraged to attend.
